After several rewarding years running Somer Ventures as a CRE capital advisory, I've decided to step away from the advisory business and turn my focus to something new.

First and most importantly: thank you. To every sponsor, lender, and partner who trusted us with deals, sent referrals, or picked up the phone when it mattered. It's been a genuine privilege.

I'll share more about what's next once the details are set. In short, it's centered on helping businesses navigate a landscape that's changing faster than most teams can keep up with on their own.
